Cambria Inspires Creativity
We all struggle to find that perfect gift...something special and memorable. The best surprise in Cambria is there are amazing and creative options that are not to be found anywhere else. Cambria is an Artist Colony and the shops, galleries, and restaurants reflect that creativity.
Gifts from the Earth
Nature enthusiasts will bliss out in our garden stores as our perfectly mild weather allows many exotic plants to thrive in our mild Mediterranean climate. From exotic plants to gemstones in their natural state or polished into fine jewelry, the earth's bounty shines in Cambria. In the East Village, Burton Drive is home to several local jewelers as well as a shop featuring rocks and minerals as they are found. The garden shops offer an array of rare and interesting exotics as well as creative ways to display them. Your personal treasure hunt is to find the elusive moonstones for which Moonstone Beach was named. We want to share a few of our favorite shops with you!

Artists in Residence
Cambria has a reputation as an artist colony so, of course, many artists live here and share their work from their studio galleries. There are individual artist glaaeries featuring painting, sculpture, and crafts as well as collectives where like-minded artists share space allowing you to view some art that might not otherwise be public. If you start at one end of the village and walk to the other, you are sure to stumble upon something we have yet to discover, but here are just a few to get you started.
