Wildflowers – Spring Super Bloom

Wildflowers Super Bloom: Wet winters turn into colorful springs as the hills erupt in blocks of color. With the winter we just experienced, this spring is surely to be a Super Bloom.  Wildflowers along the Central Coast are the most visible in April and May.  You will see them along the roads and if you want to find out more about each variety, be sure to visit the Cambria Wildflower Show. Highway 1 Road Closure: A major attraction to California, the Highway 1 coastal route offers breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean and the remarkable coast communities along the way.  But, sometimes the iconic road trip you planned takes a different route. A major attraction to the central coast lies just offshore in the Pacific Ocean.
